Advances in digital technology provide various benefits for companies, especially in improving operational efficiency and data management of Procurement of Goods. PT Hangtuah Agro Nusantara, which is engaged in the trade of palm oil plantation products in the form of crude oil, in its operations requires mechanical goods for repair of production machines such as Fruit cages (Fruit Lorry), sterilizers (Boiling Equipment), threshing stations (Kernel Separator), screw press (Oil Separator), continuous settling tank (Filtering Tank). The running system still has many obstacles in the process of recording inventory and procurement of goods which are still done by recording in books. This process causes several obstacles, such as long recording time, limitations in checking stock, multi-layered processes and complexity in processing data so that it affects the accuracy of report making. To overcome these problems, this study aims to design and develop a web-based information system application for inventory management and procurement of goods at PT Hangtuah Agro Nusantara. This system is expected to accelerate data searches, simplify the procurement process, and improve employee work efficiency by providing real-time preparation information. The results of the study indicate that this web-based information system has succeeded in reducing the recording process time and increasing the accuracy of inventory data, so that it can support faster and more accurate decision making. The implementation of this application can be an efficient solution in inventory management at PT Hangtuah Agro Nusantara.
