Abstract
Outsourcing is a company that uses the services of a third party to fill certain positions in a company. The software design method used in this study is the prototype method or often called a prototype (initial form). The use of this method is based on the calculation of pay slips, PT. Komando Pengamanan Sriwidjaja (KOPSRI) is one of the outsourcing companies as a service provider engaged in the service sector. The slow and inefficient payroll process causes the manual payroll process at PT. KOPSRI to take a long time because it must be done manually, starting from data input, salary calculation, to printing pay slips. This causes the payroll process to be inefficient and often late. The payroll system at PT. KOPSRI is prone to errors in salary calculations because the process is done manually. Errors in salary calculations can be detrimental to employees or companies. The difficulty of tracking payroll data because the data is stored manually in the form of documents. This can hinder decision making related to payroll. Non-organic work data processing applications provide convenience, including: Performing automatic salary calculations, the system will automatically calculate employee salaries based on the data that has been entered. Creating pay slips automatically, the system will automatically create employee pay slips in digital format that can be downloaded or printed. The system provides a payroll data tracking feature that makes it easy for management to view employee payroll data in real-time. The system provides a feature for printing payroll reports in various formats that can be used for analysis and decision making. Web-based Computerized, the benefits of developing a web-based computerized data processing system include: Increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of the payroll process. This system will automate the payroll process so that it is faster, more accurate, and easier to do.
