Pengaruh Kompensasi Terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan CV. Bintang Tiga Sejahtera

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine how the compensation and productivity of employees at CV. Bintang Tiga Sejahtera. The analytical method used is to test the validity, reliability, regression analysis and coefficient of determination by using SPSS. Results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence between compensation and employee productivity derived from the value of R = 0.748 is included in the value of the close correlation. Therefore, it can be concluded that the variable compensation significantly affect the productivity of employees at CV. Bintang Tiga Sejahtera.
