Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the influence of discipline and work performance in CV . Jakaharta Palembang. Data analysis method used is to test the validity , reliability , simple regression analysis and coefficient of determination to make use of SPSS . Based on the research conducted , shows that there is a positive influence between disciplines with job performance in CV . Jakaharta Palembang . Obtained results of R = 99.8 . The value of loss is among the very tight correlation , therefore it can be concluded that the disciplinary variable significant and positive impact on job performance in CV . Jakaharta Palembang`
