Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the form of education and training and to determine the effect on the productivity of the education and training of teachers in the Foundation Jihadiyah Palembang. This research was conducted in Palembang Jihadiyah Foundation. The design of this study is quantitative. The sampling technique used in this study is sampling saturated. Sampling is a sampling technique is saturated when all members of the population used as a sample by the number of respondents 30 sample. Data analysis methods used are validity, reliability, simple regression analysis and coefficient of determination, using SPSS 16.0 for Windows. The results showed that there is a positive effect between the variables of education and training of teacher productivity Foundation Jihadiyah Palembang. The relationship between education and training with teacher productivity obtained value of R = 0.973 this value is included in the correlation is quite high due to near 1. While the value of t table = 1.697. t count > t table then there is a positive relationship between education and training with teacher productivity Foundation Jihadiyah Palembang. Therefore it can be concluded that education and training variables significantly affect the productivity of teachers in Palembang Jihadiyah Foundation. Keywords: Education, Training, Productivity, Teacher
